Reiki Trainings

Reiki Level I~ A Therapeutic Touch Training - $150

Receive your Reiki Level One attunement and certification in the tradition of Usui Reiki. This class is an introduction to the art and skill of hands-on healing touch. Reiki is a spiritually guided universal life force energy that has its roots in Japan. It is oftentimes practiced with the hands; however, it can also be done with the mind, through breath, and with the eyes. It also has the capacity and ability to transcend time and space, so it can be done from a distance and can be sent into the past or into the future to offer healing. SoulFULL CIRCLES ⭕️ begins with a happy helping of the nourishing and revitalizing practices of both Reiki & Yin yoga.

The intention of these sessions is to provide an intimate, safe, and open space to be with yourself and to inquire within.

These practices are very accessible, beneficial and positively impact the different layers of your being.

You will leave with a step-by-step process in how to tap into reiki healing energy and how to use it in different yin shapes to support your body, mind, spirit, etc.
